It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Also the sliding door is very difficult to open and close. If only the rental company would have followed through. Keys were not left in the drop box (a major inconvenience after a 10 hour drive), the washer and dryer wasn't hooked up, and when the rental agent (Russell) came by, he promised to stay with the unit until it was fixed. We came back, no Russell, no calls, to laundry. This experience could have been so much better. Never did anyone even offer to try to make it right. Disappointing. ##### Timothy B.
