There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, an indoor dining nook, as well as a table outside on the sheltered balcony for al fresco meals. Other amenities include a flatscreen TV in the living room and additional TVs in both of the bedrooms. The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. There was a leak in the kitchen and flooding that occurred about a hour before our check in time and was not communicated with us at time of checkin in office. Walked in to people working in condo.Condo was filthy. Light bulbs were out and condo very dark. Condo did not even come with a working broom or dust pan.Beds uncomfortable and need to be replaced as you can feel springs through them.Bathroom door was unable to be closed.Internet barely worked constantly going out and unavailable. Extremely outdated and musty old smell.Pool hours for summer was a joke. Closing at 8\. If you have kids BEWARE no jumping, no toys allowed.Stairs were always locked so you had to carry a key with you at all times to be able to take them. The view and location were amazing! It needed a few small updates, but for the price we paid we were very happy with the condo unit. On arrival, I walked in and through to check things out. I felt sand on my feet and the floors were so dirty, my feet were brown! The place smelled musty and the towels smelled like they were left in the washer too long wet. Nasty smell!! The toilet overflowed with the first flush! One of the sliding glass doors doesn’t open because it’s off the track so we could only open one. We can say that the maintenance man came quickly to check on the toilet. We were told to make sure we push the handle down hard to flush #2’s… We would not stay here again because of the smell and lack of cleanliness. ##### tammy b.
