It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 9. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I was very happy to see that so much was included (sheets, towels, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, paper towels etc) Many condos don't do that. Our only complaint was that the sliding door in the living room was extremely difficult to open so everyone had to go around and use the slider in the bedroom to get to the deck (either that or leave the door open which we didn't want to do with the a/c on).
