Beautifully renovated and refurnished, this oversize 1BR oceanfront condo is the perfect place for complete chillaxin . Great for friends or families, this midtown location on 69th street has quiet beaches, a pool and is walking distance to great restaurants bars. Free parking (one reserved spot). Sliders on both sides of private balcony offer lots of options for expanding indoor/outdoor space. Features 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed! Linens and towels are included with booking! Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee. If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
