Each Sandy Toes unit is decorated in cheerful beach tones, creating a comfortable and inviting space perfect for families and friends. Our property includes 3 identical units, each featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The spacious living room boasts two sofas, plush club chairs, and a multi-game tabletop arcade, with large windows that fill the space with natural light and beachy vibes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—standard appliances, cookware, utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, plus a microwave, toaster, and traditional drip coffee maker. Other Things to Note: Guests must be 25+ to rent Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and are responsible for bringing their own pet supplies (food, waste bags, etc). $75 per dog per stay Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated Early check-ins are not available June-August. Off season months depend upon availability and cannot be determined until the day of check in. We can not determine days prior to check in if housekeeping will have the unit ready earlier than 3pm. LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. We provide enough TP (1 roll per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll) and trash bags (1 bag in bin and 1 back up bag) to get you started. Please bring your own supply to last your stay.
