Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Condo was very spacious and generally clean. Decor was dated, master bathtub needs replacement. Stained, non-slip stickers on tub were dirty and half off and the shower curtain was stained. Towels provided were of very poor quality and were not absorbent at all. Walk to the beach was very easy and it was great having a balcony to see the ocean and another balcony to see coastal highway. M.) and the cleaning person let themselves in at 9:55 A.M. After explaining that we would be gone by 2, she let herself in again at 12\. Also, I stopped in at the rental office at 12:30 and they said the room was not ready but someone would call me when it was ready. No one ever called, I went back at 4:45, they said of course it’s ready! I had a smoke detector start beeping on my last night, went to the front desk, they had me spend 30 minutes trying to reset it, then said just unplug it and leave it with them. ##### Christine K.
