Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Sep 1, 2024 #### Well Stocked, Easy Beach Access The access to the beach, pool were amazing. The view of the water from the oversized dining table on the balcony was a treat. The condo's kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family. The beds were firm if that's your thing - a little too firm for me, but we still slept well. Towels provided were of very poor quality and were not absorbent at all. Walk to the beach was very easy and it was great having a balcony to see the ocean and another balcony to see coastal highway. Also, I stopped in at the rental office at 12:30 and they said the room was not ready but someone would call me when it was ready. No one ever called, I went back at 4:45, they said of course it’s ready!
