At this beach block condo in North Ocean City, you'll enjoy great southern exposure, views of the Atlantic Ocean, brand new central air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with a NuWave oven. There are even two full bathrooms for a bit of extra privacy and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels nightly. The Outrigger is a two-story building located on the corner of 141st Street. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (not even balconies). There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated. The Outrigger offers high-speed WiFi throughout the building (there is a fee for using this service). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. You go up 3 flights of steps just to get to the second floor and it’s a good amount of them. The shower is broken it sprayed while in use…. so everytime we took showers we would have to clean a big puddle every. You are close to some great restaurants, Delaware state line, Fenwick Lighthouse, and so many other things. Location was exactly what we were looking for. Check in and check out process was fairly simple. The property had no elevator which we knew, but that was a rough climb with luggage. Also, the WiFi did not work. I called and maintenance never showed. It was a long week without being able to use any iPad devices. We were very disappointed to not have WiFi access.
