    The Space:

    Take in a classic summer scene at Waikiki 406, an ideally located condo in North Ocean City that sits mere steps from the beach. On the grounds of this oceanfront building, you'll also have access to an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor lap pool.



    This condo is part of an oceanfront building, yet it's slightly set back from the direct-oceanfront portion, thus limiting its view of the water to the south. It's a gorgeous setting, however, and one that you'll enjoy with central air conditioning, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a private washer/dryer.



    This mid-rise, oceanfront building is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Lost Treasure Golf and the Sun & Surf Cinema. The Delaware state line is less than four blocks north, where you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages.

    All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location; nice property that could a few upgrades

We love the location of the Waikiki and the surrounding area; we've stayed in various units there for 20 years. This unit is nice, with some recent upgrades to the indoor furniture; we'd like to see upgrades to the balcony furniture, and more kitchen storage. Even without those changes, though, we'd stay in this property again.

Great view and location

Amazing oceanfront view, comfortable and cozy. End unit with windows on three sides. Parking space on ground level close to elevator was bonus. All entrances have key code for security. Close to great restaurants and shopping too.

There were some issues..No tissues, soap dispenser was clogged…toilet flushing issues….Nicely equipped kitchen…View was perfect place is outdated and could use a good dusting

Holes in sheets

Place was great except for the loose hall toilet that was shaky. It’s a shame that the sheets for the bed that we had to pay for this year had holes in them. Good thing we brought our own sheets and towels.

Tiny but mighty

I rented this unit for my disabled son’s assistant. She had her own area to relax complete with ocean view and easy access. Checkin was a breeze with an entrance code and unit code. I only wish early checkin was available. She reported a clean unit with towels and sheets. There was even a starter pack! But the pool was closed :( and no access to the gym.

Great location…. Tight space

The location is perfect! The master bed is on a slant. The bathrooms are so tiny and the pull out couch was disgusting. We also had no light in the fridge and when we called to ask for them to replace they said they will send someone. However they never did. The dryer was full of sand when we arrived too. There were 4 channels available in the tv’s and it stated they did have cable.

Overpriced for the quality of furnishings

This unit (Waikiki 406) is somewhat dated and the furnishings could use a refresh, especially considering the considerably higher rents now being charged. The bathrooms look original to the unit; the living room couches and chair were not very comfortable; and the balcony furniture was not comfortable (2 plastic chairs and 2 metal chairs plus a couple small tables). On the plus side, the beds were comfy, but we would not rent this unit again absent a major upgrade in the furnishings. We’ve stayed in other units at the Waikiki that were much nicer.
