Bedroom Queen bed sleeps 2, Pull out couch queen sheets needed sleeps 2 more people & there is a fold up roll away bed that can sleep 1 person. I also have a blow up mattress. Balcony at the entrance & off the bedroom. Central Air conditioning, cable, WI-FI, TV with DVD player and ROKU. Microwave, dishes, plates, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots pans, pillows, top covers provided. 50 steps to the beach, ocean side, across the street from the Convention center. Located on 7 40th Steet. NO PETS, No Smoking in the unit. Can smoke on the balconies. Front and back balcony. Parking space is right near the stairs for easy unpacking! Loved the fact that this was just steps away from the beach so there was no worrying about packing up all our beach stuff, driving somewhere and then trying to finding a parking spot.
