Ocean Place is beautifully situated in the northernmost reaches of Ocean City, on an oceanfront piece of property that backs up to the dunes and the wide ocean beach. Here at the Maryland-Delaware state line, you can walk to the complex's outdoor swimming pool, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, the Sun & Surf Cinema, Nick's Mini-Golf, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and an assortment of excellent restaurants, sweet shops, bars, tax-free shopping, and other attractions. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets allowed No smoking (including on balconies and within 20 feet of common areas) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Jun 29, 2024 #### Great Location and view The location and view made up for the outdated bathrooms :) Super quiet and very sound proof. Overall was clean. The shower curtains and comforters were super outdated. Had makeup on the comforters. We brought our own blankets so we didn't use them. The bathrooms are outdated and the shower curtains had stains, but the liner was clean. They could do without the shower curtain over all and just use liners in my opinion. It had a spacious balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean and was also excellent for people watching. The beach is right there with lots of restaurants and beach staples (Fisher's and Kandy Kitchen) within walking distance. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. For those who don't want the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but still like the OC vibe, Ocean Place fits the bill. ##### Katherine R.
