Bedroom 2 boasts a 2 queen beds and nearby full hallway bath for your convenience. The fully stocked kitchen is sure to please even the most serious cooks while enjoying your stay and eating in. The kitchen and living room both share the open side views of the ocean and bay as well. The living room is spacious and comfortable for entertaining with queen sleep sofa and large sliding doors to your private balcony. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.

Short stay

Always love staying at the 9400 Building! If you don't want the boardwalk experience stay here and enjoy the beach without to many seagulls and enjoy the pool!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

I decided to plan a last minute trip for my family and my sister's family and this condo was the perfect fit! We each had our own bathroom, plenty of bed space and the pool and outdoor activities were great! Not a far walk to the beach and the 4th floor location had a great view! Thanks so much for having us!

Nice functional condo

The condo was very clean, could smell the cleaning products used when first walked in the door. We loved the layout, not too much furniture and decorations which we loved because then it felt more roomy and not too cluttered. The beds in the one room are full, not queen like the description said, but that was not an issue. Plenty of closet space to store suitcases and clothes, etc. One recommendation I have is to have a drying rack of some sort for the towels…we are a family of six, so six beach towels and six shower towels, and then the swimsuits…so we used the closets for that. The sliding doors didn’t seem too durable…the sliding shower door in the one bathroom doesn’t have anything holding it in place on the bottom, so it came off the first day….was able to fix it without too much of a problem. Also the sliding door screen door onto the balcony came off. It was a mild inconvenience, not something worth ruining the vacation for. We did borrow some kitchen supplies from family staying in another condo in the same building, so the kitchen is stocked…but not with every piece (we borrowed a crock pot and a 9x13 pan). All in all we had a great time…even with cold and windy and rainy weather when we were stuck inside, we had a great time. Thank you!!

Very satisfied

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The space was perfect for what we needed. We had an infant with us and the second bedroom had plenty of room to accommodate a pack and play for her in addition to the 2 beds already in the room. A few minor suggestions for updates, the fridge took a while to cool and the master bathroom is in need of updating. The building was very secure and you can't beat the location. Within walking distance to many things, restaurants, 7/11, coffee shop and a grocery store. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay here again. Thanks to the owners for sharing their space. For the building, it would be nice if there were additional parking spaces or at least a guaranteed spot somewhere close to park a second car.

Great location but needs updates to the property

This is in a great location in terms of proximity to the beach and the pool availability which were the 2 things we were trying to combine when planning our vacation. It’s an easy drive to the boardwalk which we personally didn’t feel like we needed to do more than once. The Jolly Roger amusement park is very close by and the water park there is absolutely amazing. Water slides and experiences for people of all ages with water slides a 1 or 2 year old goes down independently. Good shopping with South Moon Under and a kids boutique less than a mile away. The property however could use some updates and better upkeep. Our very first night we put the kids in the shower and one bathroom has a shower with 2 shower heads. We turned them both on and the bottom of the shower was full on the brim of overflowing before my kids were ready to get out of the shower. I went to put down the blinds in the room with 2 queen beds and one set of blinds didn’t have the pole to turn to close the blinds so I tried using the cord gently and the entire set of blinds fell off the ceiling. They were not well secured at all and clearly very old and used/worn out. The moveable blinds across the sliding doors to the balcony barely moved and were very difficult to move out of the way. It seemed like the mechanism to open and close them was broken. One of the 4 Adirondack chairs on the balcony was broken and unusable. One leg was completely gone. The chair should have been removed from the property altogether prior to another rental. The management in the building was great and sent up someone to try to clear out the shower drain but it was clear the owners of the condo did/do not take care to ensure the small things are updated and functional. Overall a good place to stay but a bit disheartening to come across the issues we did for the price we paid. And of course like many properties, upon arrival, the interior is much more outdated than photos portray. There was a little take it or leave it library that was nice for our kids.

Holiday problems?

It was not mentioned until we committed that we had to supply our our sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels. We were coming from out of state and had to bring a lot of extra luggage for this. Understand that we could have paid for a linen package, but there were already a lot of extra fees we weren’t expecting. Have not experienced this with other vacation rental agencies. Checked in on the 3rd of July. Did not have cable service until the evening on the 6th of July. Would have been nice to have television service particularly for the children. The property office was closed for the holiday & got no response from VRBO replys or phone calls. We were able to talk to the property office on our 3rd day there. The queen beds were actually full sized in the second bedroom which made it a bit cramped. There was a broken chair on the balcony which was a safety concern due to the children we had. This was mentioned but not addressed. The condo was clean and the location was great.

Amazing except the high and multiple fees

Other then the 6 different fees that doubled the price, this property and location was amazing! Super clean and very nice property managers!
