Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking available for 2 cars behind the unit, although it's a little tight to get in and out. Front porch was pleasant, communication with the property owners clear once I found an old email that I'd missed with forms to complete, and everything in the unit functioning. We were glad they provided towels and sheets. Our only complaint was noise, which is entirely dependent on the people in the unit above. We could hear their conversations and movements (walking around, moving furniture) until about 2-3 am most nights. The TVs in the bedrooms were not setup. The beds are mattresses on wire frames. Be sure to bring toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, and hand soap. Other VRBOs we have been to provided those essentials. Also bath towels and wash towels unless you are ok with thin, small, old bath towels. The back door is tricky...be sure to pull it tight when locking it! There is an outdoor shower. Parking is tight behind the house. If other cars are already there, it's best to back in. The wifi they left to log into didn't exist. But, we were only there 2 nights so we didn't contact property management company. Check-in was pretty easy with the door code being sent the morning of check-in.
