Lovingly updated in 2018-2019, this oceanfront condo at The Pyramid is a showcase of the beauty, fun, and relaxation that await in midtown Ocean City.
Step inside to find an upgraded living space with new bathrooms, a new AC system with high-efficiency cooling, new beds, and an updated kitchen with new appliances and an oversize counter with seating and plentiful room to spread out. There's an open dining and living area with a new, custom queen sofabed and coordinating custom upholstered chairs. The spacious balcony can be enjoyed all day long, featuring an outdoor sectional sofa, a dining table, and solar-powered fairy lights that twinkle all around. Enjoy two TVs (a 42-inch and a 55-inch), two DVD players, and free WiFi with a bedroom extender.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.
No smoking
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
