THINGS TO KNOW Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Only concern is the air conditioning - it wasn’t considerably hot during our stay outside, and wish the temp inside could have been a few degrees cooler. TV’s in every room with a great choice things to watch. It’s close to the beach and many choice for restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint and it’s very minor is there there was no broom or vacuum cleaner to be able to clean up the sand that gets tracked in. With the tile floors which are very nice, the sand starts to accumulate as the week goes on.
