You'll be treated to an oceanfront living room that connects to a balcony overlooking the beach, a private washer/dryer, air conditioning, free WiFi, and flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Worcester House is an oceanfront property that's conveniently located in midtown Ocean City (51st Street). Seacrets is only blocks away, as are a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, conveniences, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. Things to know During the off-season (September 30 through March 31), this condo has basic cable (four channels) only No smoking and no pets allowed \*This retreat has been upgraded with new memory foam mattresses, which have been added to the sofa/pull-out beds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. We checked in on sunday was told thru text message ( i have them ) that somebody would come deliver fresh linens and check dishwasher out. That never happened. Stayed 3 nights , never came . Arrival dishwasher was full of dirty dishes , tried to run them the dishwasher was broken. Checked the cabinets for dishes , all dishes was dirty cups , everything. Pillows didnt have pillow cases for all the pillows laid out on the bed . Kids feet were black first day from floors. Just didnt appreciate being lied to about somebody coming thats all. Dont tell customers you are coming at all. That would have been better. The 5th floor ocean view balcony was amazing. Unfortunately, the unit cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors were filthy and left our feet and socks black. The outside of the appliances were not wiped clean. Found a bowl that was put away filthy, as if it was never washed and put away dirty. The pots/pans were not in the greatest of shapes as well.
