This condo is in walking distance to many local bars and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere \~ Park your car (2 parking spaces provided) and walk to all local attractions. 4 beach chairs and an umbrella are included in your stay. Fully updated, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath property can sleep up to 8\. All mattresses (including the pullout sofa) are memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and a half bath. The guest room has two queen beds, both of which have memory foam mattresses. There is also a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room. Located in Downtown OC. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Easy walk to Oceans Calling, Country Calling and many other festivals the Ocean City Boardwalk has to offer. Can walk to a large variety of bars, restaurants, and boardwalk attractions. Craving for a funnel cake or a drink? It’s just right around the corner. Very convenient parking since he owns 2 private parking lots. The condo has a nice touch of being home. High speed internet for some last minute work while kids stream movies on the smart TV. Most importantly, owner is very responsive and prompt. He made sure that all of our questions are answered and our needs met.
