Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' You need only head downstairs and walk out the door to be on the Ocean City Boardwalk at Polynesian 309, an oceanfront condo in the very heart of town. As you enter, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free WiFi, and fantastic views from both the oceanfront living room and balcony. You can prepare breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen each morning, bring your plates outside to the bistro table on the balcony, and sip your coffee in a rocking chair overlooking the beach. At night, there's a TV in the living room, as well as a second flatscreen, a new bed, and new furnishings in the bedroom (2021). The Polynesian is an oceanfront building located right on the boardwalk between 3rd and 4th Streets. In the surrounding blocks, you'll find all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment, from Ripley's Believe It or Not! to Trimper Rides of Ocean City. SHARED AMENITIES \-Washer/dryer THINGS TO KNOW No smoking and no pets allowed. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Of special note: great water pressure, large shower with nice showerhead, rocking recliner for naps and rocking chairs on the huge deck with view of ocean. The kitchen seemed well stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes. The bed is a bit hard for my preference, but it was quiet in the bedroom. The patio was open on the sides, so you can see all your neighbors. The amenities as far as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were sparse or nonexistent. \*\*\*Bring your own coffee grounds!\*\*\* Warning: My husband found and killed a cockroach in the kitchen when we arrived, so do not leave your food out. ##### Stephanie K. Jul 23, 2022 Liked: Location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in #### Excellent location and place to stay We’ve rented from this place for a couple of years. We love the location on the boardwalk and the size of the unit. It has a great balcony overlooking the boardwalk and easy access to all the hot spots. A few things that were a bit disappointing was the lack of monitoring the parking lot designated for Polynesian resisdents only. There were multiple times we witnessed cars parked with no parking permit. At one point the lot was full and there were no spots left for people who were staying at the Polynesian. The cleanliness of our place could have been better as well. There was mold in the shower, caulking around the shower floor was tearing away, and the ceiling fans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Overall, we really enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back year after year. ##### Rachel S. Jun 2, 2022 #### Comfortable Modern Unit on Boardwalk! We were very pleased with this condo unit. Nice furnishings, very good kitchen with modern appliances. Single bedroom with reasonably solid & comfortable queen bed. Unit has a Keurig and standard coffee maker for caffeine junkies, bring your own K-cups or grounds. Third floor toward north end, elevator to get gear up. Nice walk-in shower. Very clean overall, nice view of ocean across boardwalk. Could be tight for family with kids beyond toddlers, but great for a couple. We were pleased and will return! ##### Charles H.
