Two Bedroom Bayfront Condo On 79th St Enjoy relaxing bayfront living from this comfortable and welcoming 2-bedroom, 3rd-floor walk-up located directly on the bay at 79th Street. This thoughtfully furnished condo sleeps up to six guests, with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Step out onto your large private balcony and take in the peaceful water views—it's a great spot to watch the sunset or see an egret or heron along the shoreline. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a laid-back stay, including a fully equipped kitchen including a 12-cup drip coffee maker, full size appliances, and ample counter space to make your favorite meals. There is also free WiFi, TVs with cable and streaming options, and a comfortable living space. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. With flexible 3+ night rentals, this bayfront retreat makes it easy to plan your next relaxing getaway. Property owner does not rent to groups where anyone is under the age of 25\. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Smoking prohibited in all units, balconies and common areas. No pets, please.
