This charming two-bedroom, two-bath corner condo offers unobstructed views of the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse and is just two blocks from the beach. Located on the second floor (walkup only), this light-filled unit combines comfort and convenience with a stylish “modern beach house" coastal style. The condo features a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and everything you need for easy in-home meals. Both the living area and master bedroom open to a spacious private deck, perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining or enjoying evening drinks. Inside, you'll find thoughtful touches including a soaking tub in the master bath, a washer and dryer, cable TV, bluetooth speaker, streaming services on three televisions, and complimentary high-speed internet access. There’s even an acoustic guitar available for use, if you’re feeling musical. Guests will love the private enclosed courtyard with its own hot tub, as well as the community's outdoor pool just steps away. With its ideal location within walking distance of local dining, shopping, and beach activities, Beacon Point at Lighthouse Point Villas offers a perfect home base for your Ocean City/Fenwick Island getaway. Primary bedroom features a king bed, bedroom 2 a queen bed and a queen sleep sofa in the living area for a total occupancy of 6. This condo is renting any three nights in season and any two off season. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Non smoking/non-vaping; no pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
