Don't miss out on this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Beach Chic Condo located in desirable Caine Woods. This 2nd floor walk-up condo offers a large private balcony with a spectacular view of the pool, fully equipped modern kitchen, and spacious enough for your family of 4 to enjoy all the amenities of home plus additional amenities to include: tennis courts, large outdoor pool, well maintained grounds & 2 parking spots. You have the Best of Both worlds, bay on one side and beach on the other side, and both within walking distance. The master bedroom features a king bed and private bath with stand up shower. The 2nd Bedroom features 2- twin beds. Conveniently located to miniature Golf, shops, & restaurants. This condo rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Great location in relation to the pool. A bit of a walk to the beach and no access to the bay. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great for biking. Only complaint was the master bedroom bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It had a very thick super soft foam topper that somehow had a mound in the middle, makes you kinda roll to the edges of the bed. Overall great place. ##### Tonya R.
