The living room area features nice furnishings, a huge flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The full-size kitchen is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. The dining room furnishings offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers amazing views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full bath. The second bedroom has two twin size beds along with a TV and provides easy access to the hallway full bath. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free WiFi. The balcony offers amazing views of both the bay and the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun filled day at the beach! Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities. No waiting in line for a key. \* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. I have stayed in a few different condos on the beach and on the bayside, as well as houses around the area. The Capri unit was spotless and beachy with an amazing view from ocean to bay. Beds were soft, carpet new. The unit was updated and spacious for 5 adults/teens. Kitchen could use more cooking gear - no strainer, no first aid kit for cuts, no toaster oven. There were a few minor issues with the garbage disposal in sink, and squeaky closet doors, aging sliders but overall the stay was relaxing. The management responded quickly to repair the disposal. The Capri's best asset is the location on the beach and the amenities. The indoor pool is the nicest in OC; the gym and common spaces are well appointed. Indoor bball court and game room a huge hit. The front desk attendants were very friendly, even when all my young nephews came to visit and were running around the basketball court. Only negative is hauling all your stuff up an elevator and trying to pack a roof rack in high beach winds. Other than that it was a great winter break stay. ##### SG Y.
