Newly decorated, this bright two-bedroom, two-bath condo is just 20 steps from the beach and offers beautiful panoramic ocean and beach views from every room. Enjoy two spacious decks perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. A brand new Trex deck is coming in Spring 2026\. Expect construction on front deck only through April. The fully equipped kitchen features updated kitchenware, including brand new stainless steel appliances, a water dispenser, and an ice maker. The cozy living area includes a queen pull-out sofa with a 2” gel-foam mattress topper for extra comfort. Stay entertained with Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, plus a variety of family board games. A private washer and dryer add convenience. The three high powered air conditioner units keep the entire condo nice and cool during the hot Summer. Parking includes two designated covered spaces plus an additional uncovered spot—perfect for multiple vehicles. On-street parking also available. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Jun 26, 2025 #### Eh, it’s not the greatest. I’ll start off with the good. The place is VERY SPACIOUS. Lots of room for our family of 4\. The WiFi was pretty good for a rental. And the view was fantastic. Now the bad… The place wasn’t very clean. Broken storm door, missing outlet covers, air conditioners louder than airplanes all kind of just killed the experience. The beds were all very hard. Check In instructions and WiFi on the site were wrong but the staff was quick to reply via text with instructions. Lastly, it was run down and dirty. Gross utensils drawers, no trash bags, sand on the floors, wobbly chairs, etc. I wouldn’t stay there again unless someone actually started to care about the place and took care of it. The bathrooms smelt and are outdated. I can live with outdated but not dingy and smells. Too bad this unit didn't have general updating ie paint and major cleaning. Being on the third floor gave us great views in all directions and beautiful sunrise watching. We also like being able to walk to eateries such as: Ropewalk, Fractured Prune, and Bayside Skillet.
