This lovely condo is located right in the heart of Ocean City on 52nd street and the bay, located on the top floor, you have stunning views of the sunsets on the bay from your private balcony. Pros: I was happy with the communication with the property manager.... easy to text and quick to respond. They sent someone to come fix a curtain rod that had come down (due to being hung with one small nail). He came quickly and took the broken chair with him. Nice location. Easy walk to the beach. Nice views. They allowed us a late checkout for the issues we had, which we appreciated. See below. Cons: SO many things broken. Broken lamp and broken stool in the closet, toilet seat broken, water and ice on front of fridge not working at all, trim piece with nails left out, master ceiling fan didn't work. Curtain rod fell due to being hung poorly. On top of that, there were lots of stains on the kitchen walls, and the patio was quite dirty. There were no accent lamps in 2 of the bedrooms, which seems odd. No curtains or blinds in the living room.... so from about 4-7pm ... the sun is blinding in the living room. You can't even sit on half of the living room because it covered in hot sun. The kitchen is not stocked well either. Also, not a big deal... but there is almost no decor.... except for the couple of framed things on the floor of the closet. As a former VRBO owner, this was a disappointing experience. It wouldn't take too much to get this unit up to speed. A few days of maintenance, cleaning, pressure washer on the deck and some curtains, lamps, and decor would go a long way for this unit. ##### Gretchen W. I sent management photos of the filth. Both bathrooms’ vents were nasty. Looked like they haven’t been clean in months. Bedroom to the left’s s window sill was filthy looks like it has never been cleaned. Drawer under the stove had food crumbs and dirt in it. Had to wash the dirt off of the sheet pan prior to using. The top of the microwave looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Wall by kitchen table had two-sided tape on it like something was hung there but missing. Refrigerator was turned up to 9 but took almost 2 days to freeze ice. Over all experience was very disappointing. I will never rent from Seaside Vacations again and I will also let all of my friends know. It’s a shame you charge so much to clean and the cleaning isn’t being done or inspected as good to me by management. ##### Voyageur vérifié Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Michelle T. 21 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location This condo was great for myself, my husband, 2 teens and my elderly father. This is located in mid-town and close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The condo was exactly as listed. All the bedrooms have what seems to be newer carpet, and televisions. The rest has tile floors. The layout is nice and the balcony over looks the bay as in the photos. The appliances could use an update and the balcony needs to be power washed but it would not prevent me from staying here again.
