The Pyramid is a gorgeous uniquely constructed well maintained ocean front building with a private beach, AVOID THE CROWDS!! Contactless Entry! It is located on 95th street, directly on the beach, the beach is private to the people staying at the Pyramid but still Ocean City lifeguarded. So the beach is not overcrowded. The condo itself has an upscale decor, Flat screen tv's in both bedrooms and a 55" in the living area. Comfortable furniture, the kitchen has new stainless appliances and cookware, The balcony is set up with a dining table, chaise lounges, and a large conversation area with comfortable seating, at night there are tree's and lights to create that relaxing atmosphere. We tried several times and then decided to key in the address, which immediately opened the lock. I phoned the owner and she immediately said that was impossible. Throughout our stay, we continued to fluctuate from the given code - the address, which worked intermittently and there was an actual key for a bedroom door. The key entry door handle must have been the problem because it was very loosely bolted into the door plate. The deck is spacious , but housekeeping needs to step it up. When I repositioned a lounger the debris along the wall was disgusting! Looks like Spring cleanup never happened ! The oven had a very dirty pan left inside, so we cleaned it ourselves. The rope lighting worked, but no other outside lights did with the clicker remote . I’m disappointed that the owners son was obnoxious and rude, but I take people with a grain of salt and whenever I spoke with Debi (owner) she was pleasant. I’ve been visiting OC for 20 years and will continue to. I won’t be renting from this owner again unfortunately though. ##### Leon M. We have stayed at many places in OC over the years and this was the best! Condo was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed. The huge balcony was amazing! Great location, easy to check in, quick responses from property owner. Wish that we would have been notified ahead of time that only 1 vehicle is guaranteed to park in the parking lot. We checked back multiple times to see if there were openings and there were not; however, there were many open spots at all times throughout the whole weekend. We picked this condo because of its spacious layout; but more so, for its expansive wraparound balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and bay. We enjoyed staying in on rainy days, with a book in hand, watching out over the ocean, as well as playing cornhole on the balcony during nice weather. Fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer are an added bonus. Overall, it's a great condo located near shops, restaurants, and just a quick drive up to Delaware hot spots. If you're thinking of booking a condo, you won't be disappointed. ##### Mark R.
