LOCATION IS KEY! Just 1 block to the Ocean, 1 block to the bay, walking distance to the OC Convention Center, Anthony's Subs, Ripieno's, Higgins Crab House, Barn 34 (great breakfasts), shopping, Jolly Roger's AND MORE! Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! It was clean, organized, and getting in was easy. The complex is quite, easy and ample parking. Kitchen well equipped if you are doing some cooking. Some toiletries provided for a day or two.Location was superb and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
