Direct Ocean front unit. Let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep at night in the ocean front master. Property is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a queen, the 2nd bedroom has a full and single bed and there is a pullout couch in the den area and the living room. The unit can easily sleep 8.

This by far has been the best place I’ve ever rented. It’s beautiful, clean, well equipped and Walt the owner was great! He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable and need nothing. We will definitely go back!

Perfect getaway!

While the weather was not good, the first three days, it was very, very comfortable in the condo. The owner was very, very easy to communicate with and very responsive. If we had any questions or a problem, the furniture suited our needs perfectly. It was also very well stocked

This condo is beautiful spacious and well equipped.very conveniently located with ample parking for two cars. The view is phenomenal! It did require cleaning to be comfortable. The tiki bar is nice but was expensive. The music was great! There is no recycling program on the property, so be prepared to drive your recycling to a recycling center.

10 Star all the way

Everything was exceptional! Walt was very responsive! All the furniture and beds were well kept, newer and comfortable! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were really nice and clean. Enough stainless steel pots and pans and kitchen cookware for anything you’d want to cook. Great lighting! Good location with lots of restaurants and beach access. Thx Walt for sharing your place!

Home has great potential

The location of the home really was All About the View. Walt was great! The balcony was an ample size, complemented w/nice bar height Adirondack chairs & table. Our bed & the new blue sofa were comfortable, the indoor-outdoor pools looked beautiful. However, though the condo has potential, it truly seemed to us that the Owner was being snookered by his cleaning crew. We took many photos before we cleaned. We couldn't bear to look at the heavy black dust/grime that covered many of the base boards, & due to the sketchy appearance of master bathroom I cleaned it. Both toilet seats were covered in bumps, black/brown marks, cracked finishes & the second bath toilet bowl was stained gross brown. ($20 on Amazon) Wash/Dryer had not been cleaned in ages guessing by the layers of black/brown gunk & surrounding tub & bleach dispenser & the lid. The science experiment in the softener cup was a shock & also required a scrub. Beneath that cup was a crystallized amalgam of black & green growth. We pulled out the coffee pot that we had put away upon our arrival because we had brought our Keurig. When we opened the lid we were stunned by the heavy growth of multi-colored mold/fungus. All three beds had stained dust ruffles, & the ones on the two beds in the front room had huge tears in them, possibly from guests tripping on them, due to the fabric dragging on the floor. We handled this on our own due to expected guests & the wedding festivity schedule.
