Relax and enjoy the AMAZING VIEW on the water front from our triple balconies, just 2 blocks from the BOARDWALK & the beach. Steps from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park and many miniature golf courses. Within walking distance are restaurants/, shopping, & nightlife. The Space This luxury townhouse (Newly Built) has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining family and friends, accommodate up to 15 people and central air conditioning. After waking up in the morning, you can sit out on our 3 balconies to enjoy the waterfront or you can walk right out to the boardwalk for exercise or rent a 4-wheeled bicycle with family or friends and drive around the boardwalk to create beautiful memories. The property is included with a deeded boat slip directly out your front door, and there is plenty of room to park your boat or dock it during the rental (about 100 meters from Assawoman Bay). We gladly welcome you to bring your furry family member(s) up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs or cats to our unit year-round to enjoy the beach and boardwalk with a one-time Pet Fee of $75 per stay. However, please note that per Ocean City's pet policy and regulation, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk from May 1 to September 30\. They are permitted between October 1 and April 30\. Unattended pets must be crated. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts and Happy Jacks Pancake House right when you walk out. Steps from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park and many miniature golf courses and restaurants. The distance from the property to the beach/boardwalk is approximately 600ft (about 2 blocks). It is just a quick walk to the beach/boardwalk, 3-4 minutes walk. We are located on 25th Street between downtown and midtown and on the bayside next to water. It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, a Keuriq, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, central air conditioning unit, an outdoor foot shower, and an outdoor pool (The outdoor pool is open from May 28, 2022 to October 23, 2022). The first floor offers a spacious 2 car garage with a large storage space for all your beach gear. Once walk inside the first floor, the first bedroom has a queen bed w/ a television, and a full private bathroom. (sleeps 2) On the second floor, you can enjoy the spacious living room that is furnished with a comfy couch-sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), armchairs, and flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Also off the living area is a bathroom. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and wide, just right for grabbing a quick bite. On the third floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms. The second bedroom (master bedroom) has a king-size bed w/trundle, a television, and a private bathroom (sleeps 3). The third bedroom has a 2 full bunk-bed-over-bunk bed, a television (sleeps 8) and a private bathroom. Such a great location close to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping & walks to the bay or the beach. \*\*Linens and Towels Policy \*Linen policies can vary among hosts in Ocean City. Perfect amount of space for us and the Dunkin 100 feet away kept us going. The host was extremely helpful, nice, and answered questions almost immediately. The walk to the beach was quick and the house was close to CVS for essentials. Our only complaint was no ladder to the bay. We were all very sad to leave that house. Definitely recommended for large groups. It was worth every penny!!! ##### Anna R. It accommodated 14 of my friends and me and gave us enough space to sleep comfortably. It was located right along the bay, giving it a nice view, and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. There was plenty of space for all of us. There was also plenty of parking for all of our vehicles. The proximity to the boardwalk/beach and restaurants was also a plus. This was an amazing location, quiet when needed, but close to all the great spots in OCMD. Check-in was really easy. The only thing I have disliked was that the property did not have sheets and pillowcases.
