Island style beach cottage

This island style beach cottage will comfortably accommodate 8 guests in 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 2 baths. Park in a large private lot exclusive for your family and guests while you enjoy all ocean city has to offer. Located on the ocean block, you are steps from the beach, restaurants and parks. After a day on the beach you can stay in and relax on the large wrap around deck and grill, go down to the boardwalk or shop the outlets. This warm and inviting home will be your vacation destination year after year. More photos to come.

The location was perfect!! Very close walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and stores near by. It was so nice to sit on the porch and relax. Debra was an amazing host and answered very quickly to any questions we had! I can’t wait to come back next year.

A wonderful and adorable beach house! So comfortable, clean, great amenities - smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, assortment fo beach gear - the house was super clean and inviting. One block to the beach and great location for restaurants and things to do. The host was super responsive and kind and even brought us some Old Bay potato chips which was so nice! Great place to stay!!

The beach cottage is super cute and cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms are small but workable. We had 6 adults and didnt have any issues. It was clean and close to the beach with ample parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house, great location. If you’re into people watching on Coastal Hwy., this is the spot. Comfortably fit two families of 4. Northside Park being across the street is a huge plus. The front porch is has an amazing view of the Northside Park Fireworks on Sunday nights.

If you are looking for a Beach House, this is it!

We had an amazing time in OC! The house is exactly as it is pictured in the listing and is just as adorable in person. It is the perfect location to the beach and our favorite bagel place across the street! This was exactly what we needed to celebrate our son’s 14th bday at the beach. Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Comfy house in great location

The cottage was beachy and comfortable, location was close to the beach and walking distance to many food options. The host was responsive and communicative. The only note I'd add is that some of the ceilings are rather low, including the door to the bathroom. It's worth knowing that ahead of time if you're a tall family! Otherwise, everything was as expected and our kids can't wait to go back!

Best OC Location

This was the best location to stay while in OC. Many places nearby to shop and eat. Close to the beach and the bay with a superb park across the street. The rental was very clean and contained everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely be back to this OC loft.

Amazing getaway

This house was beautiful! The surf theme was tastefully done throughout the entire house and everything was very clean. With regards to the location-it’s a little loud because it’s right on the coastal highway but the owners were very thoughtful and put sound machines in all the bedrooms. It’s worth it though because it’s less than two blocks to the beach (4 minute walk) so we could easily come back and forth from the beach and not have to haul a whole day’s worth of supplies on the beach. Bunk room and king master are on the first floor and a spacious queen bedroom is on the second floor. There is even an outdoor shower so you can rinse off all the sand before going inside Overall wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Had a blast!

Location, location, location. Great parking and access to the beach and shopping and the park across the street to walk the dog and watch the fireworks. Best view of the fireworks in Ocean City. Loved it so much we already booked for next summer

The house was in a great location. Easy to get to the beach and local stores!! Nice large deck to hang out and have meals. We will definitely be returning guests as this was such a great experience! Owner is super nice and easy to get a hold of if needed.

Family Fun Stay

My family and I stayed here for a few days. The property was clean and the host was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking process and stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions. The property is also a great location to the beach and many useful spots in town. We would definitely consider staying here again!
