Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. The bar counter top was the reason we booked the place, it was great to hang out there. There was only 3 barstools though and we needed 4 (as shown in pics). We were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi after multiple attempts, the credentials provided by vrbo would not work, and the support group was not able to help us. We ended up connecting to our xfinity account. The TV wouldn't work either...but the shower pressure was great! Overall it was a nice little place. I'd definitely stay there again! ##### Christina H. Broom we needed to use to sweep up sand had a huge clump of hair on it. Temperature was set to 77, called the office was told only the owner can change setting.....we played with the thermostat and got it down to 72\. Instructions we were given for the TV didn't work.
