Our room was spacious, despite 2 adults and 2 teenage children we did not feel cramped. Our balcony was not advertised as an ocean view, but we did have a wonderful view of the ocean. The hotel looked and smelled clean. Everything was kept tidy, and we always seen people working hard to keep it that way! There were flies in the lobby, but flies do what they want. The property looked and felt very clean despite the flies. Breakfast was great! Our daughter has Celiac disease and follows a strict gluten free diet. She was able to have eggs and the meat option. We were unable to find any details on the breakfast potatoes, so she did not try them. She also was able to have a bowl of fruit and yogurt. There were individual bowls of cereal, but unsure of any of those options were gluten free. It was all very delicious.

Hyatt Place Ocean City MD is an all around excellent property. Everyone from the front desk staff (especially Christian) to housekeeping, breakfast and pool bar staff makes you feel welcomed. The hotel is exceptionally clean with comfortable rooms. Included breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended.

Staff members were very professional, cordial, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Christian in particular provided me a conference room to work from after checking out of our room! Location was perfect- beachfront, boardwalk, shops and restaurants all walking distance. Only complaint: The lobby area had flies everywhere.
