This owner operated property is a Huge Ocean Block 5 bed/ 4 bath end unit townhome with pool! This unit has views of the ocean from 3 decks! Watch your friends/family play in the pool from the other 2 decks. Pool is open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend --the end of Sept. weather permitting. The unique design of the ground level suite makes this unit great for 2-3 families to share. This unit is located on 48th street across the street from the World Famous Seacrets night club! There is a light at the street for easy turning onto Coastal Highway going north or south. There is also a great covered bus stop on this street for getting to all the local hotspots by bus! Ground Level efficiency Suite (Bedroom 1): 1 bedroom w/Queen Bed & TV, Bathroom w/shower, kitchen and sitting room w/TV, patio w/view of the pool. Bedroom 2: Top Floor suite with King size bed & TV, sitting room w/TV and bathroom w/shower. Huge sundeck ( Happy Hour Deck) on this level with great views of the ocean! Bedroom 3: 3rd floor, king size bed & TV, private deck with ocean views. Bedroom 4: 3rd floor, 1– twin over double bunk beds, plus 3 twin bed , private deck with view of pool. (Bedroom 3 & 4 share a full bathroom w/Shower and tub on the 3rd level) Bedroom 5: 2nd floor, 2 – queen size beds, bathroom w/shower, deck with views of the pool. No need to haul linens, this unit is equipped with all bed linens and bath towels for family rentals. We follow all CDC and our local heath dept. recommendations on laundering bed linens and bath towels. We have a full kitchen on the second floor that is stocked with all the equipment to prepare gourmet meals or to reheat leftovers from all of the great restaurants in Ocean City! There is also a 2nd kitchen located in the ground level suite! There is a large deck with ocean views off of the 2nd floor living room. This is not the normal Ocean City rental, we rent Friday to Friday during the summer months. No need to wait in long lines at rental offices, we will send you the code to enter this home. No keys to mess with or get lost on your vacation. As owners of this home we take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the unit. Please notify us of any special needs prior to check in and we will gladly accommodate to the best of our abilities. We offer this unit for full week rentals in June, July, August and September. Red light with crosswalks to get to the action on the other side of the Coastal Highway. Half a block from the beach with easy access - we never even wore shoes to the beach. My family and my cousin’s family have been vacationing at the beach since our children were small. Now we are vacationing with our children and grandchildren! This unit was an absolute perfect fit for all of us. The unit was very clean, and the location being so close to the beach came in handy with the children for nap time and lunches. We like to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked with large pots and pans to cook for a group, plenty of plates, and silverware. We were pleasantly surprised to find some essentials to get the week started, such as dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and garbage bags. This unit also has two full size refrigerators and a compact fridge in the master bedroom! Plenty of space to keep things cold for the hot summer days. Paul, the owner, was very accommodating. I did not realize that this was a Friday-Friday rental when I first inquired about it but since we were booking the last week of the summer season, he was kind enough to let us rent Saturday – Saturday! Loved that there are so many outdoor decks. Can watch the sunrise from the upper deck!
