This two bedroom, one and a half bath first floor condo is just steps from beach and many mid town amusements. Upgrades made in 2022 are: new flooring and living room furniture, new stove, refrigerator and interior painting. It is fully equipped with a full kitchen, Free WiFi, 2 color TV's, laundry in the building, outdoor shower, gas grills for guests use and parking for one car.
