This renovated unit was nicely appointed and furnished with ideal proximity to beach access, restaurants and a grocery store. Although an effeciency, the layout felt spacious and was sufficient for me and my 8 y.o. twins. Although there wasn't a cook top, a toaster/air fryer oven was provided which came in handy for cooking a few meals. The kitchen had a large sink and nice faucet. However, the under cabinet lighting was not working (four led fixtures powered by AAA batteries) which made seeing a challenge when cleaning dishes.Although the posting listed 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 XL Twin bed, there were actually 2 Queen beds and 1 standard Twin. Since you have to bring your own sheets this was a challenge as I had brought 1 Queen and 1 Full sheet set. Fortunately, I was able to use a top sheet to cove the second Queen mattress. The "XL" Twin turned out to be just a standard Twin, so that is a bit confusing as I didn't bring our Twin sheets thinking they wouldn't fit.
