Gorgeous 2Bdrm 2 Bath Direct Bayfront Condo

Panoramic views of the bay off 94th st. Wonderful sunsets . See the bay from the large deck, living room and master bedroom. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo includes a queen bed in master and 2 single beds in second bedroom. One bathroom with tub/shower combination and one with shower. Living room with queen sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer in unit. Unit has been almost completely remodeled. TVs, DVD, WIFI, private balcony, elevator, direct bay front, large deck along bay for fishing and crabbing, parking for 1 car, non-smoking, no pets. Renters must be 25+. This condo is not wheelchair accessible.
PLEASE NOTE: Linens (sheets, towels etc) and paper products are not provided.

We stayed from Sunday to Sunday the week of June 15 to the 22nd. The condo was cute and well-maintained. We would definitely stay there again. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful to us with all of our questions quick to response and very spot on. The weather for the start of the week was not very nice, but we managed to get in at least two beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Read the fine print!

Pros: property owner was lovely to work with and the place was clean with a good view. Beds are comfortable too. Cons: Didn’t read the fine print and didn’t realize that linens ARE NOT provided, nor are paper products. It was at the very end of the property description but I didn’t see it. So thankfully there was toilet paper, but no towels or sheets. Of course, this made for a scramble to figure out what to do, buy a towel at a nearby souvenir shop, etc. Also, the main bed is not a king, but queen size. Lastly, tvs could be upgraded to smart TVs to allow for using apps. Overall a good time in a nice property. Just wish there were linens.

Deceiving from pictures

When we arrived the house smelled like Dog kennel and urine , the furniture was old dated and not in the best condition, the sofa needs to be professionally cleaned because it really smells Bedding needs to be Replaced the Best thing is the view over the bay. But we cleaned with Bleach spray got air freshener and Candles, Table cloth for the messed up kitchen table. and made the most of it and said no more VRBO for us we will use a realtor so if things not right they can switch you to a Better place.somewhere else

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time. Your place is gorgeous. We were a bit confused with the wifi at the start but with host help we figured it out. Small pillow in the master bedroom has large brown spot on it. Mattress has dips where bodies mainly lay but was still comfortable. Would suggest a first aid kit as we didnt see one and one of the girls cut herself cooking. A great view and comfortable place to get some peace. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will book here again. Thank you

Just outside Ocean City, short drive to beach and downtown. Quiet area, minimal noise. Great patio with view of water and sunsets. Living room furniture was rather dirty/stained.

Quick getaway

This condo has amazing views from the balcony! The owner is very responsive and kind. The unit was clean and ready at check in. The master bedroom mattress is older and is not memory foam and was very uncomfortable. The two twin beds are memory foam which was nice. I think the place would be very nice with a more modern look of upgrades. It would have also been nice to have some sort of lounger chair on the balcony instead of 6 high top chairs. Overall it was a nice place and if the master bedroom bed gets upgraded I would definitely consider staying here again!

Condo on the bay

The condo was great. We loved that it was on the bay and made use of the balcony every night. It was peaceful and quiet away from the crowds farther south. My son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter walked to the beach which was about a mile. It had everything we needed when we wanted to cook instead of eating out.We brought our own linens as stated in the listing but could have requested rental through the owner. We all agree that we would happily stay there again.

Nice property and location

Place was clean, quiet and off the beaten path a little, but close to ACME, Green Turtle, Bull on the Beach, etc. Location was perfect - wish there was a pool, but I knew that going in. There is apparently an elevator somewhere, but we didn't use it - a few steps, but not overbearing.

The condo was in excellent location, in nice, quiet neighborhoods with amazing views of the bay. Few things that we didn’t notice before booking: wall air conditioners located right next to beds in all rooms. They were very loud and cold air was blowing right toward the head. No sleep because of that. It was hot and humid outside. The bay had strong smell of something rotten because of stillness of water. I would not comeback to this place again. The condo was clean, did not have any linens or necessities in the bathrooms. The kitchen had supplies but we didn’t use anything. For the price we paid, i can find better quality and better stocked condos.

Home away from home

We love coming to this condo. This is our 2nd year in a row and we’re booked for next year as well. The quiet relaxing location practically on the water, walking distance to the playground and the great amenities make this the perfect home away from home for us. The unit is always clean and has everything we need. If there’s any issues the owner is very friendly and responsive. We look forward to the years to come here!
