Each bedroom is a serene haven, promising restful nights. Steps away from the beach and close to popular dining and entertainment spots, our condo is your ideal base for a memorable vacation. Nestled in the vibrant heart of Mid-Town Ocean City, MD, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo offers an urban oasis infused with coastal elegance. The expansive living area, awash with natural light, features sophisticated décor and a seamless flow into the gourmet kitchen, where high-end appliances and sleek design make cooking a delight. The serene master suite, boasting a comfortable queen-sized bed and premium linens, promises restful nights and tranquil mornings. Its adjoining bathroom provides a spa-like retreat with modern fixtures and luxurious finishes. A second bedroom offers a cozy escape with another plush queen bed, while the third bedroom delights with whimsical bunk beds, perfect for kids or guests seeking a unique sleeping arrangement. Positioned just a leisurely walk from the beach, this condo melds the convenience of city living with the allure of coastal relaxation. Discover the local dining, shopping, and entertainment Ocean City is famed for, all within easy reach of this exquisite penthouse retreat. STARTER KIT: We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay. Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels. Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap. Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay. CONTROL #85903 If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office.
