About 5 years ago Vacasa started taking over renting, the fees went through the roof, and problems were difficult to get addressed. We found another condo we love through century 21 and we've been going there ever since. This time I wanted the pool, and I wanted the tiki bar. I can't say enough good things about the staff at the tiki bar and grill and the cleanliness of the deck and pool. That being said, this building is in disrepair. I picked a better condo, but there were bare spots in the kitchen island paint, there was a drywall patch that was not completed, the items in the kitchen for use were ok, but basically odds and ends. Did we have a good time? Yes. Will I be back to the Golden Sands? No. They should tell the staff in the morning when they're prepping the deck to not talk so loudly about they're happy the tourists are leaving, and their jobs will be easier. ##### KAROL S. We were told by other guests there was a suicide from the 22nd floor. I feel the mgmt co should have reached out to us for reassurance as opposed to no reaction as if nothing happened. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### JOHN Voyage de couple 16 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement. We loved the view from the second floor balcony. It provided great opportunity for people watching on the huge carpeted patio below, and the view of the beach & ocean was wonderful & relaxing. We were surprised about the great water pressure in this unit, of all things, and the hot & cold water was reliable a all times. We were a little confused about where to deposit our trash upon exiting but that got worked out easily.
