The condo was old but clean - could use a few updates ( larger tv for sure, and nicer balcony chairs to name a few). Neither of these would stop us from renting it again. We had coffee on the balcony in the morning and “night caps” while getting a great view of the ocean. FYI the sunset outside the front door was spectacular. All in the condos were built in the early 70’s and they are maintained at a high level.
