Golden Sands also provides exclusive access to one of Ocean City’s Private Beach areas, reserved solely for its guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is included upon registration with the building and additional permits are available for an extra fee, subject to availability. The building also has its own maintenance personnel and security available 24/7 to put your mind at ease! Golden Sands 101 comfortably accommodates a family of 8 in 3 bedrooms, but also has a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. Bedroom 1 has plenty of natural light with floor to ceiling windows that offer amazing views. The plush King bed provides a cozy retreat, and the Flat-Screen TV ensures entertainment options are right at your fingertips. Every detail has been meticulously considered to create the dream getaway. Bedroom 2 features a cozy Queen sized bed, Balcony Access, a Private Bathroom, and massive floor to ceiling windows allowing all the natural light you could want. Bedroom 3 has 2 comfy Full sized Beds that are perfecting for melting into after a day on the beach, and also has floor to ceiling windows. After a day of fun in the sun, unwind in the Living Area on the comfortable couch, which also doubles as a Sleeper Sofa. You’ll appreciate the central AC, free WiFi, and Flat Screen TV.
