In beautiful, luxury three bedroom, three bath Gateway Grand 602, you will wake up to incredible, panoramic views from your spacious master bedroom with southern views of the ocean and bay from the balcony. Enjoy your spa-like master bath with a shower and detached, jetted soaking tub. Gateway Grand is a direct oceanfront luxury building at 48th street, close to numerous restaurants and shops. Residence #602 offers a full gourmet kitchen featuring new lighting, plus a wine cooler and dining area if you wish to dine in. Owner has some beach chairs available in unit closet for your use. There are four smart televisions in the condo plus hi-speed internet, so bring your sign ins to stream your favorites. Accommodating up to eight guests, bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, 2 XL singles and a double sleep sofa. Guest supplies sheets and towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday all season.
No pets, please. No smoking or vaping in unit or on balcony. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Gateway Grand stay

Place was very nice. It was lacking forks and cooking utencils. I was surprised the outside pool was dirty. The filters were clogged and the railing was very loose. I LOVED the easy access to the beach. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. Over all very happy with out stay.

Ocean city condo

Spring break for the grandkids and needed to see sand and ocean but within a reasonably short distance. Son lives in Maryland so found two condos in gateway grand to house families. The weather cooperated even though it was off season and cooler we had some high 70 days. The pool inside came in handy as ocean was far too cold. Enjoyed the tourist/city bus that ran up and down the coastal highway. 3$ for an all day pass kept us from bothering with the cars most of the week. Incredibly easy. Some stuff wasn’t open yet but most was. Fractured prune donuts, mini golf, touch of Italy, rosenfelds deli, secrets and so much more were all on the strip and we tried it all. The condo apartments were nice, clean and well decorated. TVs are a bit tricky but managed to watch a few shows. Ours in 602 kept jumping the volume up all on its own? We finally unplugged and reset it which seemed to work. They are not smart tvs per my son but most people arnt watching a lot of tv anyway. Thankfully there is a washer /dryer that came in handy during the weeks stay. Left a bunch of towels and sheets behind due to 5am flights and no time to sleep on them, clean and pack them. Hopefully they will help someone else as having to carry your own sheets and towels on vacation seems a bit much. I get that it’s not a hotel and you are renting an apartment but trying to bring so much is just impossible. Toilet paper, paper towels and bath soap all needed to be bought. There was some left behind ( by other tenants?) but we purchase all and left ours as well. Maybe a linen company should be used by the owner with the cost added to the rental for easier use. Thankfully a dollar tree wasn’t far and we were able to get dish towels( none there) and pot holders (1 there) to use during the week at little expense. It takes a lot to set up an apartment to live in even for a week and luckily I read the rental information and reviews and managed to bring much of what was needed or buy it there. Saw almost no staff in the building, every now and then I’d see someone at the lobby desk as we passed through but that was about it. I imagine it employs more during high season. All in all a great week there.

Family vacation in Ocean City

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. The location of the property was excellent and within walking and driving distance of all activities. The only down side was the long wait for check in and there were limited amount of carts for luggage transfer to and from condo. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the outside pool. For a complex this large and due to COVID the property did not maintain the pool well. I went in to property manager on 5 th day of my visit to complain that the pool needed to be cleaned as there was something that looked like throw up floating on top. The pool also was never vacuumed the entire time we were there.

Comfortable and clean

The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. We’ve always liked midtown location so that was a plus. View from balcony was great as well. Kitchen was fully stocked . Just a great experience in 602 GG!!

Amazing condo, location, and views!

We had a wonderful experience at this property in OCMD. As a frequent OCMD renter, this property went above and beyond our expectations. The side ocean view in the pictures does not do the real view justice! The furniture (finally! An oversized sofa!) was comfortable as were the beds. The unit was stocked with an abundance of cutlery, kitchenware (air fryer!!), and enough dinnerware to serve a full unit plus several guests. The owners were even thoughtful enough to install a hand sanitizer dispenser by the door. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This was the perfect family condo! It had everything rig down to binoculars to watch the dolphins!!

Highly recommend! Will stay here again- has everything and best location. Clean!! Gorgeous decor and well equipped! Donated our beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect location and can walk everywhere needed.walk right out to the sand or to a great happy hour. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of space for a large family.

Amazing condo, big enough for the whole family

Me and my wife recently stayed here with our 2 young children and 3 in-laws. The condo was plenty big enough for all of us even with our pack and plays and mountains of child accessories. The Condo was very well stocked with essentials, more so than any condo I've stayed at to date. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. I can not recommend this place enough to anyone looking for an OC vacation. We even extended our stay a couple extra days and my wife still had to pry me out of there with a crowbar. Top notch experience from check in to check out! Can not wait for our next visit!
