Filled with helpful amenities like central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer, this is an ideal retreat for relaxing while sticking close to everything. Enjoy cooking together inside the full kitchen equipped with tools big and small to help you cook meals for the beach, the dining area, or the breakfast bar. Both a DVD player and a Blu-Ray player are available for enjoying your favorite films, and board games are provided for when you'd rather have analog fun. One bedroom features a private entrance to the furnished balcony, as well as an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a private entrance to the hallway full bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. Guests of this home can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower during their stay. But with such a short walk to the beach, you may not know where to head first!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
