Fins Up Unit #1 (Lower Level of Beach House) - This is the lower level of a two story beach house! This lower level unit is a 3 bedroom - 2 bath, with plenty of space for a group or big family! The unit is set up to sleep 13\. Located in the heart of downtown Ocean City, MD, on the bay side. Within walking distance to many restaurants & activities! Sheets & Towels are all included in the price. We have installed all new flooring throughout the home. Made many new updates! Every inch of the house has been painted!

Futon Bed In Living Room
King Bed, Bunk Beds, and a futon in the living room to comfortably sleep 13 people total. Fully stocked kitchen. TV & Cable & Internet access. There is a large combined dining room & living room area as soon as you walk in the door, great for everyone to sit around,relax, watch some TV. A large covered front porch, perfect for sitting back to enjoy the breeze & watch the sunset! Only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk.Located on St Louis Ave on the bay, a very quiet & quaint location, away from the busy highway!
There is no parking on the property. Guests must do free street parking which is directly in front of the house on St Louis Ave, or there are many side streets around the house you can park along as well.
This downtown location is only a couple blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, amusement rides, and activities (5 minute walk)! Park your car for the week, and walk or bike to all the fun destinations. A perfect spot for all the OC events such as Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin OC, Endless Summer Cruisin, Senior Week, Wine on the Beach, White Marlin Open, etc.
This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Sheets, Towels, Linens are included in your stay. We provide sheets & towels, but do not make the beds. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus one trash bag liner is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is promptly 10 am. Guests will receive an email with more check in information after their confirmed booking.

We require guests, after booking, to complete & sign a rental agreement. The rental agreement is legally enforceable and includes all the specific terms and conditions laid down by the owner. All the rules and regulations that ought to be followed by the guests during the period of their stay are mentioned in the agreement. Along with this, all the essentials provided by the owner are neatly listed in the agreement. Guests just simply sign & date the agreement, as well as list all the individuals full names that will be staying in the property
