Things to Know The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use. No guest access to the gym Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Aug 25, 2022 #### Nice views, well decorated unit but there were some issues First the positives. Unit was nicely decorated and has great views. Unfortunately we had to rate this a three star because of the negatives. The building is very noisy, you easily hear your neighbors even when inside with all doors closed. IMPORTANT-this building does NOT restrict construction work on balconies during summer months, as many buildings do in Ocean City. Contractors in the unit below us were using a table saw consistently all day, for multiple days, on the balcony below us which was quite noisy and not what you want to hear on vacation. Given the pricing this unit is asking for, it should be upgraded with devices or cable that allows streaming services.
