Fun getaway for family & friends
The house is well maintained, relatively clean with lots of space! Each floor has its own balcony in front and back. Theres a garage which is nice in the busy area. It is a very busy area so traffic is constant and there's always lots of people around. Its a 5 min walk to the boardwalk- plenty of restaurants nearby! The kitchen is very well stocked and bathrooms in each bedroom are very nice. The house does not have beach equipment so bring your own- this would be a nice addition to the rental for ease of travel. I recommend staying at this property- we had a great time being minutes away from everything!!

Perfect Getaway
The location of this property is absolutely amazing. Walking distance to pretty much anything. Property was as described, plenty of room for a large family and guests. I would definitely think about booking this property again in the future.

Perfect Stay in an Unbeatable Location
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better—everything we wanted to do was just minutes away, making it the perfect home base for our trip. The rental office was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. The property itself was spotless, beautifully updated, and had all the comforts we needed. Having garage parking was such a bonus, especially in this area! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

Good but not great
There were many minor things that started to add up that are listed below, but the biggest complaint from our group was the lack of cleanliness. It was obvious the floors weren't swept prior to arrival and the tub in the bathroom on the 4th floor was gross. I would recommend the management team meet with the cleaning company to identify that standard of cleanliness.
- The blinds in the main entertainment area leading out to the balcony do not turn nor move with the chain and string on the wall.
- There is a stain on the white couch in the main entertaining area. It looks to be chocolate milk.
- There is a left behind comforter and beach towel just inside the front door.
- There was a clump of hair left on one of the twin beds
- there is a broken blind (just 1) on the floor of the bedroom with twin beds
- It appears that the comforter that was left by the front door was from one of the twin beds because they are different.
- the white comforter on the twin bed has some minor stains.
I did email this list to Coastal Resort and left a voicemail to discuss. I did receive a simple email, but a return phone call was not attempted.

As I stated in my review to Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals, which I have yet to hear a response, the only good thing about this property was location, number of rooms and stocked kitchen. Cleanliness and repairs was not their top priority and obviously neglected for some time. Vertical blinds on the 2nd and 3rd floors were broken and/or missing. This allowed for unwanted light and eyes into our rooms at night. The shower on the 4th floor did not drain. The nightstand lamp switch in the twin bedroom on the 3rd floor was missing so no light was able to be turned on. The Queen bedroom on the 3rd floor had an ant infestation where we had to buy traps. I personally killed about 25 ants in the first 24 hours we were there. Behind the sofa couch on the 1st floor were 3 empty containers along with multiple candy wrappers and more ants. The blankets provided were so stained, we didn't dare use them. The experience we had with the property was lackluster and the consensus from the 7 adults (36y-71y) is that this property has not been thoroughly cleaned or repaired in quite some time.
