The Sandpiper Dunes in Ocean City, Maryland is a uniquely designed building offering three floor plans and a location of your choice: oceanfront or oceanblock. All vacation rental units are equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. No pets, please. SMOKING AND VAPING IS PROHIBITED ON BALCONIES AND IN ALL COMMON AREAS. VIOLATORS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $200.00 AFTER ONE WARNING. NO SMOKING Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable! The location is great with a beautiful view of the ocean and short walk to the beach, as well as within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit had a few things that weren't listed: 4-5 beach chairs, boogie boards, sand/pool toys, a standard automatic drip coffee maker and a large George Foreman grill. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us and enough room for additional friends and family to join us for dinner one night. The only issue we had was some confusing communications about the check in procedure with Vacasa. Close enough to boardwalk to not be a hassle getting to it yet far enough away so it to not feel like it was on top of you. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Room was clean.
