Downtown Deal is a 6 minute walk (.25 miles) from the boardwalk and beach. 9th street is close to all of the downtown hotspots - restaurants, bars and shops. and just 450 feet away from the 9th Street free fishing pier. Free parking for 2 cars. Smoking and pets prohibited. All linens provided. The Space: This unit DOES NOT RENT TO SENIOR WEEK GROUPS. RENTERS MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD. 2 Queen bedrooms (1 sleeper sofa) with 2 full bathrooms available for families up to 6 people to come enjoy Ocean City, Maryland.
