Plenty of room for you and 15 members of your family or closest friends to enjoy all of what OCMD has to offer! It has 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with garage and is located on the bay side of 70th st in Midtown, Ocean City just one block from the beach. Within walking distance are great restaurants/bars (Bonfire All you can eat buffet, Dough Roller, and Dead Freddy's), mini golf, bowling, shopping, marina, watersports (kayaking, waterskiing, paddle boarding) and night life. It is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, microwave, and central air. The house is located next to the community pool with a pool house and has waterfront access to the pier of the bay. The first floor offers a spacious garage and parking pad (3 car parking) with large storage space for all of your beach gears. As you walk into the house there is the first master suite queen bed (sleeps 2) with its own full private bathroom. On the second floor you can enjoy a wide open floor plan, huge gourmet kitchen( serving 15) with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV, cable, all high end furnishings (including a queen sleeper sofa) and accessories are found throughout the house. On the third floor, you will find three spacious bedroom. Master II bedroom offers 2 full beds (sleeps 4), along with a private bath with double sink vanity and shower. Room 3 has a full on full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleep 5). Room 4 has a queen bed with a twin trundle (sleep 3). One things I would like to emphasize is the stairs. One needs to climb 34 rather steep steps in two stairs to get to the three bedrooms on third level. Definitely NOT recommended for seniors or people with climbing issues. The overall unit showed lack of attention to details. When we checked in, we found no wine glasses and the coffee machine not working. We called the manager Vinh and he did order replacement from Walmart that came next day evening. So that was 1/3 of our stay. The pots and pans and other implements (don’t count on the knife cutting ANYTHING - not even your finger!).All in all I would say three and a half stars that would have been two stars without Vinh’s responsiveness. ##### Ravi A.
