It has an outside screened in area next to an open porch. It other people stay with you and they turn the air conditioner colder than you like, take a blanket for yourself. Jul 6, 2025 #### Perfect location, fantastically comfortable home Close enough to the main action and beach of OC, but far enough to avoid the hustle. Located in an alley, so minimal foot traffic. House has 3 AC units, one in each room, to customize temps for perfect comfort. Shower was excellent and hot water for all back to back 6 people we had in our group. Hardwood/ceramic throughout, so easy to sweep up. Outside shower and garden hose helps you leave all the sand on ocean City. Black out curtains and blinds in bedrooms, giving the kids the much needed sleep in after the beach runs.
