The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We did not notice any smoky smells that previous renters mentioned. The beach gear was a welcome surprise (chairs, wagon, boogie boards). The AC was great and the washer dryer was nice to have to wash our beach towels. The street was quiet and having the off street parking was nice on busier days. It was clean when we arrived and easy to access. I slept a little rough on the bed, but my husband didnt mind it at all. There is definitely a linger cigarette smell as one of the other reviews mentioned. I think if you have allergies it would bother you. We ended up getting some febreze and we’re fine.
