Only 2 blocks to the beach and Atlantic Ocean and only one block from the free public boat ramp if you choose to bring your boat or jet skis. Relax on the bayfront balcony and enjoy the best sunsets in Ocean City! The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom, a twin on top and an additional twin bed so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. This condo offers Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) There's also high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo is on the second floor, and the building has an elevator. You'll also get two parking spots. Sunset Pointe is in one of the best parts of town for restaurants, bars, mini-golf, watercraft rentals, etc. You are in walking distance to great Ocean City hotspots such as Seacrets, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Dead Freddie's, Saltwater 75, Ropewalk and more! The location was great! Close to bus route which only costs $4 pp all day. The room had a beautiful bay/salt marsh view. The area was good with shops, restaurants, liquor and grocery stores nearby.
