However, it was nicely cleaned when we arrived and needs a lot of upgrades for the pricing we paid. Kitchen stove needs to be upgraded. It smelled horrible every time we turned on the stove. Carpets in bedroom and living room looked dirty and old. The patio furniture needs to be upgraded. The seating was uncomfortable and old. The vacuum I used was the one located in the bedroom and I didn’t feel it was cleaning right. I cleaned the dryer lint because it wasn’t cleaned prior and was completely filled with lint. That could cause a fire. The bathroom also needs upgrade. The toilet looked dirty. Tried cleaning it the best I could.
